For over 280 years, Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon has been the champagne that signals joy \u2013 the glass raised at the start of a new chapter, the sparkle that carries through every milestone. Red for love, shared celebration, and the unmistakable energy of the festive season.<\/p>\n<p>And last night, the Maison hosted an intimate dinner at the extraordinary Rose Bay House, one of Sydney\u2019s most exclusive harbour-front homes. Designed by Fearon Hay and built on onyx slabs, it offered a space that fused architecture and artistry \u2013 a fitting backdrop for an evening of elegance and spectacle. The Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon Imp\u00e9rial Brut arrived dressed in a striking red bottle; a symbol of unity and celebration. Alongside it, the Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon Imp\u00e9rial Ros\u00e9 took on a luminous pink finish \u2013 vibrant, modern, and undeniably festive.<\/p>\n<p>Guests were welcomed by Mo\u00ebt<span data-teams=\"true\">\u00a0Hennessy\u2019s <\/span>Scott Bowie, for a dinner celebrating both craftsmanship and joy. Rouge floral installations filled the space, echoing the tones of the evening. The iconic Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon tower rose as a centrepiece, surrounded by candlelight, laughter, and the soft hum of conversation.<\/p>\n<p>And as the evening drew to a close, Sydney turned its gaze skyward. A spectacular Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon drone display illuminated the harbour in synchronised light with a luminous love letter from Paris to Sydney. The city&#8217;s night sky was lit up with icons and symbols from both cities \u2013 the Eiffel Tower, Sydney Opera House, and the legendary Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon Champagne Cork Balloon \u2013 alongside joyous messages including \u201cFrom Paris to Sydney,\u201d \u201cHappy Holidays,\u201d and \u201cMo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon With Love.\u201d It was a spectacular ending to the evening; a celebration of togetherness that lingered long after the last glass was raised.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><small>Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon\u2019s Limited-Edition End-of-Year Imp\u00e9rial Brut and Imp\u00e9rial Ros\u00e9 will be available exclusively at top retailers nationally from 1 November, with Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon Gifting Studios opening at Dan Murphy\u2019s Double Bay (NSW) and Dan Murphy\u2019s Brighton (VIC) from 12-24 December, offering custom wrapping and in-store experiences that turn gifting into an occasion of its own.
