Enter, Instagram Rings \u2014 a newly-created prize for the platform\u2019s most culture-defining creators. Announced (on Instagram<\/a>, obviously) this week, there’s just 25 awards up for grabs from the platform’s three billion users, with boundary-pushing creativity<\/a> billed as the main criterion.<\/p>\n

What actually is Instagram Rings?<\/h3>\n

Instagram Rings is being sold as the platform\u2019s answer to major awards shows like the Oscars or the Grammys \u2014 but for content creators. According to Instagram, it\u2019s a way to recognise users who are pushing creative boundaries across Reels, Stories, and Lives.<\/p>\n
